What the seat owned
Drive efficiency across CNC machine systems and standard components, with focused spindle-time optimization across turning, milling, and multi-axis cells
Run time studies, cycle-time analysis, and capacity modeling to identify improvement opportunities
Improve machine scheduling practice in SAP, and keep routing data accurate to real process times, sequences, and resource assignments
Own tool presetting, tool life management, and structured tool building; define and enforce setup standards
Analyze and reduce machine downtime; track and improve OEE
Partner with CNC programmers on CAM strategy improvements
Lead root cause analysis on scrap, rework, and non-conformances originating in machining
Develop and execute a structured improvement roadmap between audit cycles, and facilitate improvement workshops
