A Regulatory Reporting Analyst to support enterprise data governance and the preparation and analysis of regulatory reports — ensuring accurate, timely filings. Reporting to the Regulatory Reporting Manager, you'll partner with business lines and internal reporting teams, build a strong understanding of regulatory processes, and gain broad exposure across the company's business results. What you’ll own
Assist with data governance initiatives, ensuring tasks are understood, executed, and completed on time
Prepare and analyze assigned regulatory reports and schedules, performing analytical procedures to ensure accuracy and compliance
Partner with business lines to understand activities and educate them on regulatory reporting requirements and new/revised rules
Coordinate with SEC reporting and other internal reporting teams to ensure consistency and accuracy
Improve processes and efficiency alongside business units and fellow reporting team members
Maintain distribution lists, quarterly task lists, the SharePoint site, and documented procedures for assigned schedules
Work with internal and external auditors and other compliance functions as directed; support special projects
What we’re looking for
3+ years of relevant experience; Bachelor's in accounting, finance, or related (or equivalent)
Strong core accounting, analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
Advanced MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs); strong organization and time-management skills
Preferred: CPA (or equivalent) and/or MBA
Preferred: experience with enterprise regulatory-reporting and general-ledger applications
Self-motivated quick learner who can document and develop new processes with minimal direction and work cross-functionally
